1:1 & 1:2 Personal Training

Bespoke training that is designed specifically with you, and your unique goals, at the forefront. We’ll work closely together to build your confidence, reach your fitness goals, and work towards a healthier and happier you. We’ll look at all aspects of your health and fitness to create sustainable, life-long habits that suit your lifestyle.

Whether you want to go it alone or train with a friend or relative, each session will be focused on helping you reach your unique fitness goals.

With 1:1 & 1:2 personal training you’ll have access to the app so you can message me whenever you need to; you’ll have weekly check ins to review your progress, celebrate your wins and let me know how I can support you in the coming week; you’ll receive the nutrition guide, giving you the tools and knowledge to take control of you nutritional habits; you can keep track of your progress with habit trackers, step count, logging body stats, and uploading progress photos.

1:4 Personal Training (Strength)

Ready to challenge yourself and push your limits? Then these 1:4 sessions will be a great fit for you. 4-5 weeks of progressive sessions, focusing on two main lifts to build your strength, and hit personal bests by the end of the block. Each session starts with the main lifts, paired off to cheer each other on, before moving into accessory work for a full body workout. You’ll put in the work each week, recording your progress as you go, and be amazed at the progress you make and results you get!

1:4 Personal Training (HIRT)

High intensity RESISTANCE training, these sessions are very different to bootcamp, due to the smaller session size and heavier weights, the intensity is really ramped up. Using more technical lifts and focusing on heavy compounds for a full body workout. Sessions in the style of ladders, EMOMs, AMRAPs, partner challenges, and much more. The perfect fit if you’re looking to build muscle and improve stamina, creating a toned physique.

Bootcamp

Women’s only group Bootcamp sessions. South Gloucestershire and BristolBootcamp has been designed to increase strength, improve fitness, and boost energy - all in a fun and friendly group setting. With different style sessions each week, Bootcamp sessions cater to all levels of fitness and ability. Each week you will feel supported as you work together towards your goals.

High intensity interval training, using a combination of free weights and body weight exercises.
