With 1:1 & 1:2 personal training you’ll have access to the app so you can message me whenever you need to; you’ll have weekly check ins to review your progress, celebrate your wins and let me know how I can support you in the coming week; you’ll receive the nutrition guide, giving you the tools and knowledge to take control of you nutritional habits; you can keep track of your progress with habit trackers, step count, logging body stats, and uploading progress photos.
